Step 2

One of our friendly staff or technician will give you call within the next 24 hours to discuss a time suitable for you to come and pick up the repairs/service. An estimated quote is provided based on the assessment of the repair/service required. 
A minimum deposit of $20.00 is required.

Step 3

With-in the next 7 working days, the vacuum cleaner is repaired and delivered back to the address of pick up.

The customer will be advised within the 3 working days from the pickup If under any circumstances the vacuum cleaner can not repaired (parts not available) or the repair charge is more than the price quoted.

NOTE!

We only deliver the vacuum to the address of pickup once full payment has been received.
