A member of our friendly, knowledgeable team will be in touch within 24 hours to provide a quote and arrange a convenient time to collect your vacuum for repair/servicing (Step 2). We pride ourselves on our turnaround times, and aim to have your repaired/serviced vacuum returned to you within 7 working days (Step 3).

    Step 2

    Thank you for submitting your details. We will be in touch within the next 24 hours to provide an estimated quote based on the type of service/repair specified. If you’re happy with this quote, we will arrange a convenient time for us to collect your vacuum and take it to our repair centre. A minimum deposit of $20 is required.

    Step 3

    Your vacuum cleaner will be serviced/repaired and delivered back to the address it was collected from within 7 working days. If the repair cost is higher than the original price quoted or if for any reason we are unable to repair your vacuum cleaner, we will advise you of this within 3 working days.

    NOTE!

    We only return the vacuum to the address it was collected from once full payment has been received.
