We offer a free 7-day in-home trial so we’re sure you’ll be happy with your vacuum cleaner by the time you make the decision to purchase it. We are, however, unable to offer a refund if you change your mind after you have purchased your vacuum, so please do choose carefully.

With regard to any faults, we repair these in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act NZ.
